Getting Started

tellic graph is optimized for Google Chrome. Please use Chrome when using tellic graph.

The first step after creating a new visualization is adding an entity to the graph canvas.

Start by selecting the search bar at the top of the window and typing the entity you wish to add to the graph. Note that you may search on the ontology ID or concept name for your concept of interest. Once you find the entity(s) of interest, simply select one or more to add them to the canvas.

When searching for Drugs, you may also search on drug synonyms or brand names – see FAQs - Frequently Asked Questions for more information.

Once the desired entity(s) are added to the canvas you may explore relationships by using the functionality outlined in the following sections.

An entity with a blue outline indicated hidden relationships that may be explored by double-clicking or using the explore filter as described later in this guide. If an entity does not have a blue outline, it means there are no additional relationships to explore.
